Ted Gray
Ted Gray has been a broadcaster for over 40 years. He has personally owned and operated more than 24 Radio properties. Six of these were CP's from the FCC that Ted built from the ground up. Ted was also in the Brokerage Business for over 15 years with his partner, the late Olin Tice. Together they ran GRAY/TICE & Co. Ted and Olin sold over 100 Broadcast Stations while in business and worked with some of the most experienced broadcasters in the Southeast.
When Olin passed away in 1998 the business was closed as Ted did not have the time to run the business alone. Ted has done consultating for many broadcasters and has helped many people to get into radio ownership and to begin careers in broadcasting. Ted is the owner and editor of BroadcastStations4Sale.com and will personally handle your listing for you.
He will assist you in selling or buying your next radio or tv station. Ted is known by many broadcasters throughout the country as a person of high intregity and honesty. He tells it like it is and he will be up front with you on all issues. Dave Hedrick's 41 year radio career includes a wealth of success in programming, sales, management & ownership. As a veteran programmer, he led 17 stations to number one ratings in their target demographics. In sales, he personally sold over two million dollars in advertising. He pioneered many promotional concepts now used by most aggressive stations.
In recent years, he has focused on the development of Non Traditional Revenue streams for radio. His longtime engineering interest resulted in his purchase of FM allocation software, leading to the creation of over 20 new FM frequencies by the FCC.
