One of the best sources to find financing is try your local bank....or try a local bank in the market you are trying to buy a station. You must have ALL your information together when you talk to your banker. Let him or her know that you have your act together and you know what you are doing. Have answers to all their questions.

Often, buyers will have sufficient down payment and will want to negotiate for owner financing. Sellers will have to decide if you want to take a note back and be paid in monthly payments over a period of years. Sometimes it is easier to sell with owner financing than for cash up front.

A non-compete agreement or consultant agreement will also make a station sell easier. Also, selling the station and renting the real estate some times makes an easier sale. We will try to answer any questions you may have dealing with financing.
